On launch you'll see a plus button, here's what you can do with it; Pull the plus button left to open the History page, Pull the plus button up to open up Settings, or if you're looking to just add a timer, Press the plus button to open the Add Timers page.
Afterwards, add a timer and click on the timer to see how long the timer remains; that only works with the timer on. With the timer off you'll see the Edit Timer Page.
