Ever used your browser to save a page to your home screen, only to find that it saved the main website URL instead of the specific page you were on? This app solves that problem. It lets you manually enter the exact URL that you want. Very simple app...does one thing only, but does it perfectly. I'd love for there to be a selection of icons to use in future versions (hint, hint developers!). Anyway, well worth the pennies in my opinion.

This is a very handy app to have! Sometimes when I use "add to home screen," in my browser, the resulting link is to the site's homepage instead of the specific page or article I intended to save (which irritates me to no end). But with this Website Shortcut app, I can easily link to the page I want in about half a moment.

Why a dedicated URL shortcut maker when browsers do this already? Because my main browser, Firefox, has a bug that occasionally doesn't offer a homescreen shortcut for some sites. A setting to enable opening links with a browser other than the default would be nice. No dark theme. Consumes 400kb of storage, not 99kb as advertised.
