The support team is SUPER to deal with. I learned that this app apparently only works in Australia and since I'm in the US I could not watch anything on the website or app. For the outstanding support I give 5 stars. I'm sure I would have loved the app if it worked in the US!

Cant have any experience as it keeps asking to verify my email. The emails are not sent for hours then if they ever come in they have expired. So go through the process again and again and again - so far nothing unable to get past the verification email BUT ACCTV email me their newsletters, all their information but I cannot get onto the app. We have been at this for weeks and we have emailed ACCTV to no avail.
