This app is a joke. The password rules make no sense no letters, numbers, or symbols seem to work, no matter what I try. I even tested the weakest possible passwords and it still wouldn’t accept them. If an app can’t handle something as basic as setting a password, it shouldn’t exist. Completely broken and a waste of time.

For whatever reason this app will not work properly unless unless you call in first and get information from them for whatever reason it crashed on me six times before I called in the reset my own password because the forgot password never. It also crashed when I didn't give it permission to my storage. Also why do I need a new account for an HSA....

It's rendered nearly useless due to FAB's frequent mandated password changes every three months, which then render the biometric login inoperable, forcing users to painstakingly enter each new password by hand. I know of no other bank or financial institution that requires frequent password changes like FAB does. August 2024 update: No changes--the app is still useless
