This app rarely works and their website is almost always down. Other employees have the same experience as I do and we all are beyond frustrated. It's frustrating that One Source is this third party vendor that is used for our benefits (and reimbursement), but you can almost always count on it not working, unfortunately. On the rare occasion that the app and/or the website actually work it works fantastic. A company usually has IT working on issues like these, so not sure why all these errors

While the interface within the app is fairly easy to use, this app does not seem to support anything saving the username or password savers. It also does not remind you of the criteria for passwords. Thus, when going to the app for the twice-a-year usage I have found that I am always needing to recover my password because it is not friendly for dealing with while on the go as an app should be. While security is an understandable goal, it is coming at the cost of user accessibility.

I can log in, view my balance, and view the claims that need receipts submitted. It will not let me upload. This really is a critical part of the app. I did find out that I can send the receipt by email as long as I include the claim number in the email. The email is listed under the contact us section. The app doesn't allow me to screenshot and you can't copy the claim number to paste it into the email. Room for improvement.
