Huge disappointment, was denied a claim to a lab because I didn't have a correct receipt, really? It was a lab for bloodwork, what else am I going to buy there? Obviously it was a medical related item. Now I need to setup a bank account to pay back the amount that was paid, but, the website and the app both say they are unable to verify my bank account and failed to add the account. Tried to call McGriff customer service to get help, they never answered and I gave up after 40 minutes on hold.

I wasted a lot of time trying to get into the app. Said I didn't get my security questions correct. Two conversations with customer service and reset password, username and security questions twice, all at suggestion of custserv and still can't get in. Read reviews and see that that is common. Don't waste your time. Deleting app now.
