The big issue is that it gets slower and more bloated with every update. It crashes other apps as it hogs your CPU, RAM, and Battery. The tracking shows incorrect places often. It tracks you constantly, even when you close out of the app in task menu. Hogging your data and CPU. It tries to do many things at once. IMs, tracking, scheduling, and other work tasks. However, it does't seem to segregate these. It's like they're all loaded at once. Even when not in use. Code needs streamlining!

A few months after joining my company, they made us install this which was not part of the initial contract. When I first opened the app, my battery was draining so fast I barely had enough power to clock out. It died, went home, charged it halfway, turned on my phone, then noticed the app drained my phone at the SAME RATE it was charging - I literally can't use my own phone at home, it tracks outside of work! I had to delete the app just to keep my phone on. Quit if they make you use this.

We're expected to use this app even with all issues it has. Not even sure why this app needs access to our locations, nearby devices and physical activity all the time. It tracks us even when we're finished our shifts or on our days off. Very intrusive. I think that once we log out, that should cease the tracking. Definitely not a 5 star app, wouldn't even give it one star.
