UPDATE: It didn't even log my treatment anymore. But as long as it still turns on the mask, it's not a huge issue. They shouldn't make the treatment lock in. We should be able to adjust it. For example, I shouldn't be logged as missing a treatment because it ended at 00:01. So now it appears that I've missed a date when I didn't. And it makes it difficult to keep track accurately. And the last week of treatments I've done haven't even been logged. It's a great idea, just missing the mark.

The Bluetooth connection to the mask sometimes works, sometimes doesn't, and always takes forever. What's worse is that the calendar functionality and the app keeping track of sessions doesn't work one bit. Finally, I don't get any reminders or notifications. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I’m disappointed by the lack of app updates despite years of similar customer feedback. Issues could be solved just by acknowledging them. As a customer, I feel unheard. The app needs manual session entry, period. I also want to manually track microneedling so I know when I last did it and when it’s due next.
