About this game

Sunarius is a single-player old-school tactical turn-based CRPG set in a post-apocalyptic world, where the player’s decisions truly matter and change the face of the world. NO FORCED ADS!

Have you ever played Fallout or Battle Brothers? Sunarius combines features of both legendary games! Welcome to Sunarius — a brutal world that has survived the apocalypse. You are the leader of a small squad, fighting to save your people from slavery and trying to make a name for yourself amid the political chaos of scattered factions.

Open World

A huge map is filled with dynamically generated squads of mutants and other enemies, abandoned bunkers, thriving oases, and dangerous ruins. Stay alert: bandits, monsters, and patrols from rival factions roam the wasteland, each pursuing their own goals.

Turn-Based Tactical Combat

Battles take place on a hexagonal grid and require deep strategic planning. Use advanced tactics to flank enemies, and search for rare high-tech weapons to gain the upper hand.

Squad Progression and RPG System

Your squad is your most valuable resource. Recruit unique NPCs in taverns. Level up your fighters and choose powerful specializations across various skill trees. Build a team of specialists with unique profiles in the style of Battle Brothers. Snipers keep their distance, support units protect the rear and heal the wounded, while melee masters break through enemy defensive lines.

Survival

Food and water supplies are limited and are consumed quickly. Do not forget to feed and hydrate your squad.

Transport

Use different vehicles, such as trikes or jeeps, to travel across the wasteland faster and more safely. Or perhaps you want to run caravans? Pack bulls are at your service!

Quests and Skills

More than 100 carefully crafted quests with different endings await you, along with an endless number of random encounters. Almost every quest can be completed in multiple ways depending on your skills. The game features a powerful storyline that will make you reflect on many things in this fragile world.

Factions and Reputation

Sunarius is a world of living interests, where every action has consequences. Attacking a peaceful caravan will cause that faction’s patrols to hunt you down. On the other hand, helping a settlement repel a raider attack will improve your reputation, unlocking access to elite equipment and rare recruits. Reputation directly affects merchant prices, access to top-tier gear, dialogue options, and even whether roaming squads will attack you.

Features in Development:

Crafting

Almost every item in the game will be craftable.

Strategic Mode

Take control of territories while factions dynamically divide sectors of the global map. Engage in diplomacy, create your own faction with a SEPARATE SETTLEMENT, and capture key sectors.

Story

No one knows what really happened. Why did the old world fall and a new one begin? How did great cities turn into ruins? When the first survivors emerged, the cities were empty shells — a great mystery that remains unsolved. You must uncover the bitter truth about the past and discover what colossal danger is once again threatening the world.

Open Test

Sunarius is already playable, but it is still in open beta. The core systems have been implemented, while balance, quests, the interface, and content continue to be improved.

Your feedback will help make the wasteland deeper, more dangerous, and more interesting.
