How to upload images of health insurance cards, etc.

Please cover the "symbols, numbers, etc." written on the surface of the card or paper type with plain paper, sticky notes, etc. and then take a photo or scan and upload.

*Please make sure the date of issue, insurer's address, and insurance name are visible.

Notes
- In order to ensure that members can use the service comfortably, LIKE prohibits use by anyone under the age of 18. Therefore, when registering as a member, we ask for your identity by providing an ID issued by a public institution.
- Paid members' paid service usage period is one month (30 days) from the date of registration. (For example, if you register on April 24th, you can use the service until May 23rd)
- Automatic renewal will occur unless you request cancellation. If you cancel your subscription one day before the renewal date, you will not be charged the monthly fee for the following month.
(Even if you cancel before the renewal date, we do not provide pro rata refunds for the remaining period.)
