Good Initiative but, BUGS: After login, while giving filling details not able to select State and it's disabled. also keyboard is overlapping form fieldswhile typing. FIX these issues please

I installed this app but while login/sign up through mobile number but I'm not getting any OTP . clear this issue so that I can sign up.

Tried to check the working of the app in other states, unfortunately I can't even register my details(just for checking purposes). Residents of AP might stay in other states doesn't mean they can't even register or use it. For people's sake, just make it at least until user registration, so that people's details are with you. App cannot be installed in panicking situations, right?? Hooping this issue would be fixed.
