About this app

The eHive system provides a complete low energy footprint hive quality monitoring solution that monitors environmental conditions inside and outside hives, while also monitoring hive quality leading to early diagnosis of any diseases that may occur in the hive.

It includes low-power sensors and transponders installed in the cells, while low-power, low-cost, and long-range wireless protocols collect each sensor's data and transmit it to a cloud information system, where real-time data analysis takes place
and notifications are sent to producers via the eHive mobile app.

The beekeeper's interface with eHive services is through the eHive app, an application for mobile phones, offering: a) automated information services that monitor the status of hives and colonies. b) services for monitoring the hive and honey production with warnings, suggestions and predictions, c) recording of the beekeeper's interventions within the colony (with regard to nutritional cases or diseases).
