LimeUptime checks the websites you care about on a schedule and sends a notification when one stops answering. There is no server to run and no account to create — it all works from your phone.
HOW A CHECK WORKS
A site counts as up only when the final response, after redirects, returns a 2xx status and passes whatever rules you have set for it. If your phone had no connection at the time, the check is recorded as inconclusive and left out of your statistics — so a tunnel or a flight never reads as an outage.
Any site can be checked immediately with one tap, whenever you want to know right now.

If a subscription lapses, nothing is deleted. Your first 5 monitors keep running at the free interval, the rest are switched off, and every monitor, check and incident stays on the device. Re-subscribing brings it all back.
ABOUT THE CHECK INTERVAL
Android runs background work at most once every 15 minutes, and delays it further while your phone is idle. That is a platform limit rather than a setting, so expect a check to sometimes land later than scheduled. LimeUptime detects when it is being held back by battery optimisation and offers a one-tap fix, which makes background checks considerably more dependable.
YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
LimeUptime has no server and no account. Your monitors, your results and your settings live on your phone, and none of it is sent to us or to anyone else — there is no "us" for it to be sent to.
If you add an auth header so a check can reach a protected endpoint, that header is sent to the site you entered, because that is the only way to check it. It goes nowhere else. It is stripped if the site redirects to a different host, or drops from https to plain http. The app's own backup file does contain it in plain text, and the app says so before it hands that file to the share sheet.
The free version is supported by a banner ad. PRO removes it everywhere in the app.
