Honestly, this app needs a lot of work or a full rework. The fact that I can only get points for orders placed on the app is ptetty bad. You can simply create a QR code so I can scan it at the restaurant so I can order with the cashier. Also no choice for ASAP dine in at check out. It's a bit of a mess in that aspect. I have to let the cashier know regardless that my order is for here so they don't pack it up like a pick up order.

Looks to be a good rewards app, received $10 credit at signup. Unfortunately didn't realize until after the fact that the only way to earn points is by placing an online order.. this is just frustrating as the customer and why??! I sat at the bar, ordered plenty of food and drinks for 2, paid a tip and I didn't get any credit. Guess I'll know for next time, I'll just do a take-out order and probably not buy as much.

App keeps crashing. Tried 3 times to place order but the app keeps closing. Also some attention is needed with the ordering part. When asked for items included like lettuce, cheese, etc., I would select 1 to add, however at check out it still reads no lettuce, no cheese. It was some much easier to call and place the order.
