Looks to be a good rewards app, received $10 credit at signup. Unfortunately didn't realize until after the fact that the only way to earn points is by placing an online order.. this is just frustrating as the customer and why??! I sat at the bar, ordered plenty of food and drinks for 2, paid a tip and I didn't get any credit. Guess I'll know for next time, I'll just do a take-out order and probably not buy as much.

App keeps crashing. Tried 3 times to place order but the app keeps closing. Also some attention is needed with the ordering part. When asked for items included like lettuce, cheese, etc., I would select 1 to add, however at check out it still reads no lettuce, no cheese. It was some much easier to call and place the order.

The app has great potential. it is presently limited by the ability not to add certain other ingredients people might want. it is also insulting that you MUST enter some form of tip. You are already paying for the food for takeout. you shouldn't be required to tip to get what you are paying for.
