Worst app I've used at this point of time. It takes forever to transition from the destination planning screen to the final booking screen regardless of internet speeds and hardware capability, if the app crashes it brings you to the destination planning screen and doesn't allow you to go back to tracking the ride you're waiting for, and half the time the drivers cancel the ride and don't show up or cancel the ride and don't give you the fixed rate

App got my location address wrong! I had to call the driver to give the specific address. So, I was charged more than necessary since the address which was used in the fare calculation was farther from my home. There was a default 15% tip which I couldn't correct. Driver's GPS took us to a wrong destination. I had to give verbal directions to my home. And I don't know how the app got my credit card info. An unnecessarily expensive trip in an old, uncomfortable vehicle. Uber next time!

Your latest app update messed some things up. It forced me to enter my phone # and email again, and then wouldn't let me use the existing email account ("Account already exists") and didn't offer me an option to log in otherwise (even tried uninstalling and reinstalling). Then, when booking from my home, it mislocated it halfway across the city, so I had to change my home address to something close to mine, then it worked. Some serious issues with this latest update.
