works well enough for pick up. no way to leave feedback or ask questions. FAQ in the app tells me how to leave feedback in the app, tell me to go to a page that doesn't exist. Phone number in the app, gets me to there automated machine which sends me to an operator, but noone picks up. My physical receipt and app receipt are very different. Sent an email about it. no way to rate driver/ride after ride has been completed. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I will change the rating.

This app has not been accurate even once. It just spins on 1 minute while your cab takes 15 minutes. You can also see several available cabs closer than the one sent.

All of my rides have been excellent; never wait very long, even in busy times, and good journeys wherever I'm going. The app was easy to use, once I got used to it ...
