works well enough for pick up. no way to leave feedback or ask questions. FAQ in the app tells me how to leave feedback in the app, tell me to go to a page that doesn't exist. Phone number in the app, gets me to there automated machine which sends me to an operator, but noone picks up. My physical receipt and app receipt are very different. Sent an email about it. no way to rate driver/ride after ride has been completed. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I will change the rating.

The app is useful for quick booking and getting an exact time for which the driver will arrive. The problem is that it doesn't seem to be connected to the driver's software in their devices. I would not recommend booking for a later time. I often book for a later date when I'm off work and they always end up coming early. They say they don't know I booked it for (example) 2:30pm and they come at 2:15 or 2:20. Then they will have to leave or wait for me. It's not fair to them.

Way way way better than calling in.. No qualms to the distbatch, could not imagine handling calls from us weirdos at night... The app just flows better. Watch the cabs distance. Book/cancel very easily. I'm sure that using the app gets you faster service. I've allways been very delighted by the humans I've met doing this job here...good people doing good work, hat tipped. Thank you. Respect.
