Way way way better than calling in.. No qualms to the distbatch, could not imagine handling calls from us weirdos at night... The app just flows better. Watch the cabs distance. Book/cancel very easily. I'm sure that using the app gets you faster service. I've allways been very delighted by the humans I've met doing this job here...good people doing good work, hat tipped. Thank you. Respect.

App worked fine for pre-booking a ride to the airport. Requested pickup at 4:45am. At 4:44am got a text that my taxi was on it's way with a link to view location and est time of arrival. Taxi was coming from the airport and was 15min away. Had to drive myself to the airport instead and passed three EMPTY Kelowna Cabs all heading to the airport as well. Not impressed and won't use again.

The app is useful for quick booking and getting an exact time for which the driver will arrive. The problem is that it doesn't seem to be connected to the driver's software in their devices. I would not recommend booking for a later time. I often book for a later date when I'm off work and they always end up coming early. They say they don't know I booked it for (example) 2:30pm and they come at 2:15 or 2:20. Then they will have to leave or wait for me. It's not fair to them.
