first of all, you're not forced to leave a tip in the app. You can pay all in the taxi. I don't think the driver has access to change the amount in the app. the only concern may be a bug or me is that sometimes it never finds a driver or it tells me it's still checking drivers and suddenly 1 shows up. otherwise it's a great app. (I also love the gps aspect and that the drivers can tell where construction is.)

I like how the app is GPS enabled. It means if I don't know where I am my taxi can still find me within a 1 block radius. And if they don't see you they call you. For the most part the drivers are friendly and my total is within the estimate that the app gives. Yellow cab is very punctual and arrives quickly after you call them. I have yet to have a bad experience with yellow cab.

Absolutely do not recommend this app or company. It doesn't tell you who is coming and when, there is no way to cancel it from the app and the worst part is you have no idea how much the ride is. It gives an estimate of a very small amount, then puts a hold of double ro triple that on your card and you just have to hope that the driver isn't taking the long route and taking his sweet time driving you to your destination.
