LimoTrack brings ride booking and chauffeur trip management together in one app.
BOOK YOUR JOURNEY
Arrange airport transfers, point-to-point rides or hourly chauffeur service. Enter your pickup and destination, add journey details, and choose from the vehicle options offered by your transport provider.
PLAN THE DETAILS
Add stops, return journey details, passenger and luggage information, and requests such as child seats or accessibility needs. For airport journeys, include your flight number and view flight updates when available. Vehicle availability and special requests are subject to your provider’s confirmation.
REVIEW YOUR FARE
Review the fare breakdown before booking and pay securely through Stripe when online payment is available. Keep your reservations and trip details together in My Bookings.
FOLLOW YOUR TRIP
See booking progress, assigned chauffeur details and trip notifications. Live location is shown only when an assigned chauffeur is actively sharing a recent location; tracking is not available before assignment or when location updates are unavailable.
MAKE REPEAT BOOKINGS EASIER
Save your favourite places, revisit past journeys and rebook a previous ride. Manage your profile and passenger contact details in the app.
FOR APPROVED CHAUFFEURS
Use the same LimoTrack app to view your own assignments, manage availability, update trip progress, open navigation, report issues and review recorded earnings and tips. Chauffeur access requires approval by the transport operator.
CHAUFFEUR LOCATION SHARING
With permission, approved chauffeurs can share location during an active trip, including while the app is in the background or the phone is locked. This supports pickup progress and dispatch coordination. Background location is not required for customers booking rides. Tracking depends on device permissions, connectivity and phone settings.
ACCOUNT AND PRIVACY
Access the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and account deletion option from the app. Some records may be retained where required for legal or accounting purposes.
An internet connection is required. Available services, vehicles, prices and policies depend on your transport provider.
