Update - 1/28/18 Had the modem updated in my MKC 3 weeks ago, and now back to not working correctly. Hailed to find my vehicle! Ok Lincoln techs, get this app right, this is getting ridiculous!!! Ok, all of the sudden the remote start doesn't work. Did an update, restart of the phone, etc. Still doesn't work, along with remote lock!! Come on Fird Motor techs, fix these issues!!
Love this app about a month ago. Now it won't even work it keeps telling me that it failed to locate my vehicle. I use this app every day because I work in a factory and I could have my car warmed up by the time I got out. But now it doesn't work if I could give this app zero Stars I would. Whoever is in charge of this app please fix ASAP
Initially I had an issue with the app. The Lincoln concierge was able to diagnose the problem and setup my account. I am very happy with the app. It has great technology, with a human touch.

No access to account info, says cannot connect to server yet I can access my vehicle and controls? I understand how that happens and at the same time know it should revoke my access to the vehicle. That's pretty major.We expect more from Lincoln.How about a pin to open the app? Security please! Locate feature actually mapped me to Hamburg Germany the other day, I'm 100% sure the car was not there, scary. I also encountered an issue locating my vehicle, it said it was at my house when it was 2 miles away from my house, unreliable;connecting to remote start has become hit/miss(..Developer no longer responds to customers? pretty darn sad to leave customers hanging..
So I had some difficulties recently. Remote start wouldn't work. Called the concierge using the app and they provided an answer and a solution to the problem in only a few minutes. If the remote start isn't working give concierge a call.
The Lincoln Remote Access system (additional equipment moved from my old Lincoln to my new one) & app is much better than this! It starts 99% of the time. There's 50.00/a year subscription, but it's far superior to the this Lincoln Way app. The Lincoln Way app for the embedded modem in our card is NOT reliable! Though it has great features... going through the setup process & setting a password (this occurs every 3 to 4 times I open the app) just to use it again is simply ridiculous! Seriously? At least the auto start function works... even when the app has logged me off. Also it'd be nice to have a time along with date in messages. UPDATE 4-12-17: It appears that even after all the complaints that they plan to do nothing about it. Not sure why they won't roll back to the one that worked. This is sad. I'm glad I have 2 options to start from the phone. Lincoln Way and the one that actually works (Remote Access). Sorry for you other guys though. UPDATE 1-26-18 App is still broken! Only thing that works for me is the auto start, oil life, gas odometer & location. Otherwise this app won't start, stop, lock or unlock with the buttons. This app is a joke!

- Pay for service enhancements. Improvements for paying for service at your participating Lincoln dealer.
- Other minor bug fixes and ongoing improvements.
