This app is great when it works. I love the phone key option and when its working properly it opens quickly and starts the vehicle quickly. However, I have been using it for one month now and this is the 3rd time it just stops working. I can log in but the screen stays on loading and nothing works. The past times I have had to uninstall and reinstall for it to resume working. There are no updates and a forced stop doesn't seem to work either. So when it works, its great. otherwise, its useless.

This app does weird things all the time. I switched from apple to Android and somehow it got even worse. The unlock rarely works unless I'm right next to it, windows don't connect to roll up and down, app kicks me out and makes me sign in. The app even kicked me out once and said I didn't have access to my vehicle and I had to grant myself access.. I updated the app and that fixed it. The only saving grace is the good customer service

ZERO Stars. Stuck on Lincoln logo. Would it be difficult for it to show the status of locked or unlocked instead of just parked? I feel like I have to lock it many times because I don't know if it locked or not from the keypad. It can be awkward for the 7-8 button to work properly and everytime I walk near it the lights go on but not sure it it is locked or not. Software update won't turn on. Just spins forever. Tried restarting app, car on, car off. Wifi, cell, nada. Hotspot won't work.
