In theory/on paper this app is a good idea. In practice, too many times when I try to use it to, e.g. check the state of charge, make sure it's locked, or start it remotely I get a message saying the vehicle is in "Deep Sleep" mode and to go turn it on manually. Then what's the point of the app? I get notifications of an inbox message but the message asks if there's a recall on the vehicle (?!). When I click, it says there isn't, but then gives an inscrutable code.

The app serves no purpose. You used to be able to start/stop lock/unlock your car from the app, no longer. This is especially frustrating considering I live in a city and have to walk to my car and cannot turn it on from my key due to the distance. And no, the suggestions they provide by replies do not solve the issue.

Update: So nothing has changed. Still just as disappointed, the app was fine then opened it and everything is gone. I can't start it or see any information. Conveniently it's winter so yeah! Zero stars Still Unhappy with how inconsistent this app is. It has completely stopped working altogether. Trash!! Its freezing out I've completely restarted my app, tried multiple ways still no change! Zero stars
