***App updated on 6/20/17. App initially was crashing for the first 15 days, thus far no more crashing.Still has the same clunky feel to it, it is not upscale in feel or functionality, why does a luxury vehicle not tell you what the tire pressure is? none on the DIC, and none on the app? I find that to be incredible. As promised I am going to update the rating to reflect the stability in the app itself. Please work on our wish list. To reply at the developer..I have been in contact with Raul...I sent a message about 9 days ago and no response...I have used that email address previously...you are welcome to have Raul contact me...he has my email address! I will start the clock...I will even start it tomorrow June 21, 2017. This will be removed upon your reaching out via email..Thx!!
Still missing some stuff from the old app but it's getting much better. Use it all the time for remote starts in the morning, check fuel levels, or find my vehicle location in parking lots. Remote lock works fine on my 2 vehicles as well.
This update is more like a "downdate". Can't do anything with it anymore. "Vehicle fetch failed" is all I get from this version. It worked quite well until last Tuesday's (6/20) "update".
Now that they removed the remote locking, there is very little to recommend with this app. Fails to retrieve your car information, errors all over the place, hardly useful with very little car telematics integration.
Everything was fine and now the update! How are we supposed to remote start now? I am on my third Lincoln and don't see myself buying another. It is one issue after another.
Works as advertised. If you are having problems...sign out, than back in. That helped me.
1. Online scheduling of service from Dealer Card, Vehicle Detail screen and Find a Dealer
2. Streamlined authorization process provides better access to remote vehicle commands for vehicles equipped with modems
3. Minor fixes to improve usability and performance
