The concept of the app is great, the execution not so much. I'm not sure why they chose a USB-B connection, which is one of the lesser used ones. Would be way more enjoyable if they used Bluetooth and had a wireless connection. The apps built in help is lacking. Even trying to browse the cloud tones you get an "invalid token" error without explanation of what's being missed. The cloud search interface defaults to blank so you have no idea if there's anything there. Needs revisions badly.

The android app is completely unusable. It will not connect to the amp, and I have double checked that the samsung I use should support the connection, all cables, including the OTG, are in good condition and functioning, but still no success. And Line 6's customer service/ support has been ZERO help in resolving the issue. And after connecting with fellow musicians, it seems to be a common problem for anyone trying to use the android app.

There is no real benefit with this. It connects OK but is clunky to edit. The one (and only) thing where this would be great is if you could backup and restore your amp with it. You can do that from the PC application and its a terrific functionality. I would love to carry just my phone so I could use backup/restore to mirror my multiple amps. But for some incomprehensible reason the Android app left this function out.
