Lingocard combines vocabulary flashcards and spaced repetition with something almost no flashcard app has: real people to practice speaking with, matched to you by shared interests.

Most apps teach you words. Lingocard also gives you someone to use them with. Build vocabulary with a proven flashcard system, then practice it in a real conversation the same day.

Vocabulary flashcards and spaced repetition
The spaced repetition system shows each flashcard at the moment you are about to forget it, so your vocabulary grows without endless re-reading. Study from over 2,000,000 ready-made flashcards, or build your own decks with your own images, notes and audio. Spaced repetition handles the scheduling. You just study ten minutes a day.

Find a language partner who shares your hobbies
This is what makes Lingocard different. Instead of dropping you into a room of strangers, we match you with a language partner based on what you actually care about, whether that is football, cooking, travel, gaming, music, films or business. Conversation practice is easy when you already have something to talk about.

Ratings and reviews

GUI of the app is not very attractive and convenient. I would recommend to add a few examples of usage the words.

Learning a new language with an app always comes handy. I do it mostly to communicate with anyone when I travel abroad.

Finally I'm doing something useful everyday during my commute hours. Learning a new language on-the-go is great!
