It's not worth it, they steal your money. You buy credits and they expire, and you can't end your subscription or you lose access to your already purchased credits, so you have to keep paying them and keep buying credits even if you can't keep up or you lose everything. It's an abhorrent business practice. Avoid at all costs. I feel sick from their theft.

We’re sorry you feel this way, Heather. Class credits are valid for one year. You can downgrade, pause, or even cancel your plan and return later if you won't be able to attend classes. Please note that we also made several exceptions beyond our Terms and Conditions to help you use them. Our Support Team is available if you need further assistance.

The learning program is well-structured and in-depth without being heavy. On average, teachers are very good: friendly, engaging and patient. I had many great experiences and just a couple were a bit off. The material provided after class is useful to train on my own: pdfs noted by teachers, exercises, an AI to chat, and vocabulary training. Problems: - few exercises - the vucabulary training algorithm (always the old ones) - You might not find the lessons you need at a convenient hour for days.

Thanks for the feedback! We're glad you like our structure and teachers. To find the most availability, we recommend booking at least 7 days in advance. If you still struggle with scheduling, please contact us at service@lingoda.com or via our website chat so we can help. We’ve also noted your notes on the vocabulary tool to help us improve!

I like the model and the classes, and would've rated the service five stars. Unfortunately, they are in the business of extortion. You bought classes you didn't use and accumulated too much? Your bad. If you try to pause your subscription they don't allow you to take classes in between. So all you can do is either continue paying or wait and continue paying, only accumulating classes. I think this is an atrocious practice that really made me hate an otherwise great platform.

We’re sorry you feel this way and appreciate your kind words about the classes, Felipe. Please know that students can downgrade their plan to receive fewer credits upon renewal, or even cancel and resume later when they have time to catch up.
