DSP2 Command is the dispatcher's desk on your phone, for carriers that run dsp2.
• Needs You — every decision waiting on a human in one queue. Mark items handled with a tap, and approve or reject drafted detention charges. Bigger calls, like approving a booking, are sent to the desktop on purpose.
• Agents — turn Closer, Matcher, Watch and Cash on or off and set their working hours from anywhere. Controls are available to the organisation owner; other roles see them read-only.
• Board — a read-only view of every load and its status.
An account is issued by your carrier. The app cannot be used without one.
