Works good, not too bad to figure out, at least for me. One improvement I'd like is to have it show all devices regardless of gateway on the dashboard if desired (which I do). Only downsides are device side, not app side (zigbe range, not wifi capable, and not poe capable) would also like the gateways to be more like a mesh so not gateway dependant for the devices.

This works well. I have two installed. However, a few months ago I stopped receiving pushed notifications. It was nice to learn when plants were being watered and when the system would stop. I have checked cell settings and all looks good so I am not sure why push notifications isn't working anymore. My only complaint.

Like the product, but hate the app. It's not intuitive, and if you don't use it for a while after figuring out how to program it, you have to re-learn the app again. Make it easier to get to the "work mode". Just tap on a device and either start watering or program watering is all that's needed here. Also, it would be nice to be able to suspend or turn off a program for the winter. If there is a way, I couldn't figure it out. Also, I regularly get connection errors.
