This routinely fails to connect with my Linka Leo lock, needing restarts about half the time. It is also impossible to share an original Linka with someone else. At some point, it started REQUIRING location for no reason at all. The latest version no longer even lists all my bikes at once and it is not possible to scroll through them wothout locking or unlocking any that are in range.

Thanks for the feedback. We will look into the location requirement. For ease of use, the app will connect automatically to the selected lock. To share access, make sure you are the owner of a lock, and open the users page to invite. Great lock it really works flawlessly even in bad weather! Its so fast and convenient to use. . I have used it for over 1/2 years now. It holds its charge a long time and is very easy to recharge when needed . I liked the linka original so much that I decided to get the Leo 2 pro because I like the way the teathersense allows you to secure the bike easily to objects and an integrated GPS is a great feature to insure if the bike is stolen you can hopefully get it back!

Just got my Linka Leo. it's way bigger than I pictured. Heavier than I expected 1.1 lbs. to feel. Doesn't have any instructions included. And doesn't have anything to attach it but 2 screws that don't line up with any bikes holes. Activation takes more than two weeks according to tech support who took five days to respond to my email. The battery lasts about 6-8 hours, not 2.5 years. Nothing about this product works as advertised. Do not buy!
