I can't get in the app. I'm so disappointed in the app, I'm about to pull my account and open another one in different bank. Your bug fix update just made it worse. The call center is closed when I call. My branch changed their hours so I can't reach anyone there and they're not even listed in the phone tree as a branch in my area. This is ridiculous.

easy to use .. everything is right there

You suck. Half the time I can't get into my accounts. It only lets me transfer money some of the times. This bank is very unreliable and I will not recommend it to anybody. Truly the worst bank experience in the 35 years of banking.
