Ratings and reviews

the app itself is mostly good. it's the interaction with the unit where the problem lies. if I let my new WiiM Ultra sit on standby for an hour or two and I go back to play it again, it won't connect. I have to unplug the AC cord and plug it back in... to get it to work. That is a HUGE inconvenience. Sloppy engineering or does WiiM simply have their head where the sun don't shine?

Navigation labeling is inconsistent. When I add a track to a playlist, it says "my tracks" but under "my tracks" , it isn't there. the "my tracks" page says "favorites is empty"; I'm not looking at favorites. Can't save a queue as a playlist, have to add one track at a time. Have to use other software to create playlists, if you want a folder plus subfolders. This is poor. Any playlist is cut at 1000 tracks, and that same playlist saved as a preset at 500? A DEAL BREAKER . I'm returning it.

Good so far! I'd prefer to be able to manage my tracks/playlists etc natively through the Tidal app, but it's not terrible through the wiiM app, just not quite as good. Other than having some difficulty getting bass levels where they need to be (seems this app rather aggressively sets up bass levels) it's been a great product and a pretty easy to use app.
