I've been using a Wiim Pro for the past couple years, and it's been mostly good. great audio quality and features, but connectivity is beyond bad. Recently, it went from mostly bad to completely unusable, and I'm unable to connect to my Wiim (even after following all the troubleshooting steps, including a factory reset and attempting setup with multiple devices, restarting router, different wifi networks, etc etc). I CAN still play music by connecting directly via BT to the device, but that's it

I'm disappointed in the lack of consistency of this app. I have 4 WiiM units for whole house audio, over $600. Aside from the app being the opposite of intuitive (bad UI) it constantly glitches. app is up to date on a brand new Samsung A36 with Amazon Music and fiber connection. Volume controls fail (stop responding) the Bluetooth remote constantly disconnects and needs to be repaired. Auto-sync for latency doesn't work or do anything, units must be individually manually adjusted, etc.

my favorite of the various wireless audio streamer apps. I really don't like heos and bluesound isn't very easy to use either. the Wiim app is easy to navigate and has a plethora of options to fiddle with. I really appreciate the firmware update frequency to the hardware devices as well. wiim is bringing affordable hifi to the masses and I'm here for it!
