LinkRay Scanner measures how a specific phone model's camera behaves when it looks at a LinkRay (HikariID) light source, then publishes that measurement so other handsets of the same model can decode LinkRay IDs without being configured by hand.
Point the phone at a LinkRay lamp and run a calibration sweep. The app works through the camera's exposure and frame timing, confirms the result by decoding a real ID, and uploads the resulting profile to your own server. Handsets that already have a published profile can simply scan.
You will need access to a LinkRay light source and to the server this app is configured to talk to. This is a measurement and commissioning tool for people deploying LinkRay, not a consumer scanner.
Measure a phone's LinkRay camera timing and publish it for other handsets.
