Identity Verification (KYC):
Verification is tailored to the amount. For transfers ≤ €50, a phone number verified by SMS is sufficient. For larger amounts, a live selfie, your ID, and proof of address are required. The process takes place within the app in just a few minutes.

Privacy:
Your KYC data is retained for 5 years after your account is deleted (AML/CFT obligations). All other data is deleted within 30 days.

Account Deletion: From My Profile → Delete my account, or by email to [e-mail]. Processing within 72 business hours.
