SupportWorks is a collaboration platform designed for corporate teams to manage their work in one place. From project progress and real-time messaging to maintenance requests (SRs) and Plan-Do-Act, we have gathered scattered work tools into a single mobile app.

1. Log in with the account received from the company administrator

2. Check ongoing projects and SR status on the home screen

3. Push notifications arrive when new messages or SR notes are received

4. Go directly to the relevant screen via the Notifications tab → Reply / Write Note
