• How to record android system internal sound?
If you have a device with Android 10 or higher, you can record the system (internal) audio in the following three cases: Media, Games & Unknown (if the app in question allows it). Android 9 and below versions don't allow 3rd party apps to record internal audio. Please check if your device has software updates to Android 10.

• Why my microphone doesn't work during WhatsApp calls or when playing online multiplayer games (PUBG, CODM, etc.)?
Unfortunately, only one app can record audio at one time. Android doesn't allow two apps to capture audio (except system apps) at the same time to prevent latency issues. Android 10 solves this (kinda). Either disable audio recording or use Do not disturb while recording to prevent WhatsApp calls.

• I have Android 10, why can't I record internal audio?
Make sure you are using Screen Recorder Version 0.8 or above.

• Why the app doesn't work at all on Xiaomi devices?
Some vendors use aggressive battery-saving methods and that seems to break third-party apps. On Xiaomi devices, go to App info-/-Other permissions and allow "Display pop-up windows while running in the background" permission. For more details visit the Help & feedback within the app.

Permissions:
Internet: Required for collecting anonymized analytics data and crash logs to help improve the app.
Audio recording: Required if you want to record audio.
Display over other apps: Required to display the recording toolbox and error dialogs.
High precision sensor reading: Required for shake detection (helps you stop recording by shaking your phone).

Ratings and reviews

it's a very practical and well designed app, no complaints at all. But one feature that would be great to add is when we record, it would automatically be stored in our files and downloads of the phone, not only in the app.

best screen recording app. only thing it misses is it should all us to save videos in SD cards and allow us to define path so we could have easy time to find it.

bro thx for making a kimcy929 level good screen recorder 🥰 Here are some suggestions (not add optional if performance ⬇️: 1.Add 48khz audio support(recommend by YouTube). 2.Give atleast 192kbps-256kbps support, 320kbps is optional. 3.Add Stereo Audio support plz. 4.Please make 20mbps and 60fps free atleast keep above ones premium. 5.This is optional add Variable Bitrate mode for video and audio. 6.Also optional add different or custom aspect ratios maybe like 2:1 or 19.5:9 or 16:9.
