There's options on the market that are literally 4X cheaper, doing similar or more. But what really makes this company scummy is how hard they go out of your way to make Cancelation as difficult as possible. If you can register online with a few clicks, you should be able to cancel online too. But you can't even cancel over the phone, they email you a form, fill it up then still charge you for 31 days after. Bad bussiness, greedy boss

We've been using Linxup devices since 2011 on 4-6 vehicles. Never had a significant problem with the devics or the app. For the few minor issues we've had customer service/ tech support resolved them quickly and professionally. The only change I would like to see is a user group permission that doesn't see all the vehicle data provided by the newer devices. My customers don't need to see our vehicle's mileage, gas gauge, VIN or check engine lights.

For the last year app has been great on my teen's car. This last month it will only work if I'm not on wi-fi. That's not acceptable to me when I'm at home to have to use data to track. My wi-fi is perfect for all else. 12/2018 Latest update of app is too cluttered appearing to see routes and times where. Unhappy. Changing my rating.
