A mistake in an procedure step caused the entered data could not be saved in a later step. I entered travelers' information 3 times (4 people) because the app define an adult is 12 years old or older, thra was different from a common understanding. When trying to pay deposit, the app stated that the data could not be saved until network was stable. The statement does not make sense. My network was very stable and good. The app was not good.

It offers an extremely awful user experience. My orders suddenly all disappeared in a min. Clicking to see the ordering records will guide you to an external site and ask to login again. What a wise idea it is to build an app which cannot fully represent the services of an organization. The Lion is declining!
