QuickOP is the staff admin app for hospitals running on Lipi Care — manage your outpatient department from your phone instead of a browser.

Built for front-desk staff, doctors, and hospital administrators:

- Live queue — see who's waiting, mark patients seen or no-show, add walk-ins
- Appointments — book, reschedule, transfer, or cancel with a tap
- Doctor schedules — set weekly hours, block out leave, manage exceptions
- OPD release & close — open extra slots, or safely close a session with a clear preview of who's affected before anything is cancelled
- Patient records and visit history
- Staff accounts with role-based permissions
- Department management and hospital settings

QuickOP is not a public booking app — it's for hospital staff already set up on the Lipi Care platform, signing in with their registered phone number.

What’s new

Clinics in more than one town can now run on a single WhatsApp number.

- New Locations section with address and map link for each clinic
- Choose which clinic a doctor sits at on each weekday
- Queue, appointments and walk-in booking now show the clinic
- OPD register adds a location column and per-clinic totals
- Patients pick their clinic when booking on WhatsApp

Nothing changes for single-location hospitals.
