A very pathetic app. The files are not opening in the app. I tried many times but unable to access my files. whenever I tried to download the file it always says file is not found. where are my files? have I lost them? please improve the performance of the app. so that we may access and download our uploaded files. customer care has a robotic answer that we are updating the app and soon you will be able to download your files but never works.

Uploaded files inaccessible since more than 8 months. After repeated emails, I finally got a response which essentially said two things: 1. I may have not uploaded it properly. 2. I have to submit proof of successful upload, eg. notifications, screenshots. Is this a joke? We've been using cloud apps since more than a decade. How can a user share notification of files uploaded 2 years back?? The fact that so many are facing same issue shows lapse on your side. Legally this is breach of data.

Absolutely pathetic and untrustworthy app. I had uploaded so many of my family photos over the past one year. Now most of them are not accessible. They all occupy the storage, details show the size they consume but none of them open up. Upon clicking it says, file not found. when I contact support, they want me to prove that I had uploaded all the photos properly. The burden of proof lies on me apparently. I have lost most of my photos trusting this app.
