Account creations is not at all convenient. If I click on free account then error pops up saying at least you have to pay 1 rupee. I paid one year subscription but still account was not created. I mailed it on support, no reply and joke is when you call on their phone no., they have automated voice message saying write the email. Complete disaster experience. Still no call or reply in email. Got email but with no resolution. Just acknowledgement that we are working on it.

Worst customer service and strict geo-blocking Signed up today and immediately found out their web app is completely geo-blocked and inaccessible outside of India. When I contacted support within hours of purchase to cancel, they hid behind a rigid "No Refund Policy" and gave a generic boilerplate reply. It's cheap (₹360/year), but the app interface is terrible and the customer support is a joke. Total waste of money, do not recommend.

Updating my review after 4 months. They have deleted all the data from the apps. Only empty folders are visible. Please do not use this application, this company is a fraud. No one takes care of your data and no one even replies to your email. They know that they have lost the data of many users. Now they blame you by saving that you haven't uploaded the data properly. DO NOT USE THIS APP.
