I have been unable to log in to the Dogiboxx Android app for over a month. After entering my email and password, the app keeps showing the loading/progress circle. After about a minute, it shows a “Session Timeout” message, and sometimes it just keeps loading without any response. I have tried multiple times, but the issue still persists, making the app completely unusable for me. Please look into this login issue and provide a fix as soon as possible.

A very pathetic app. The files are not opening in the app. I tried many times but unable to access my files. whenever I tried to download the file it always says file is not found. where are my files? have I lost them? please improve the performance of the app. so that we may access and download our uploaded files. customer care has a robotic answer that we are updating the app and soon you will be able to download your files but never works. no action taken till date. files still no open.

It's been almost close to one year since since my problem of old files of 400+ GB showing empty under each folders. Only recent uploaded files of few MB size is visible and accessible. In the storage section, it is clearly showing 400+ GB consumed, which means all files are still there but not accessible / visible. Mailed / wrote DMs to them many times, tried to call them...sometimes got responses lately sometimes not...but the problem remains unsolved.
