I have been unable to log in to the Dogiboxx Android app for over a month. After entering my email and password, the app keeps showing the loading/progress circle. After about a minute, it shows a “Session Timeout” message, and sometimes it just keeps loading without any response. I have tried multiple times, but the issue still persists, making the app completely unusable for me. Please look into this login issue and provide a fix as soon as possible.

A very pathetic app. The files are not opening in the app. I tried many times but unable to access my files. whenever I tried to download the file it always says file is not found. where are my files? have I lost them? please improve the performance of the app. so that we may access and download our uploaded files. customer care has a robotic answer that we are updating the app and soon you will be able to download your files but never works. no action taken till date. files still no open.

I am not able to access my account neither am I able to login, the app and the website both are throwing errors and looks like the data is also lost. The customer support is horrible. They don't respond to emails while the number given tells you to drop an email. The data kept here doesn't look safe. Organisations specially should not trust this if somebody like an individual is facing such basic issues.
