Updating my review after 4 months. They have deleted all the data from the apps. Only empty folders are visible. Please do not use this application, this company is a fraud. No one takes care of your data and no one even replies to your email. They know that they have lost the data of many users. Now they blame you by saving that you haven't uploaded the data properly. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

Uploaded files inaccessible since more than 8 months. After repeated emails, I finally got a response which essentially said two things: 1. I may have not uploaded it properly. 2. I have to submit proof of successful upload, eg. notifications, screenshots. Is this a joke? We've been using cloud apps since more than a decade. How can a user share notification of files uploaded 2 years back?? The fact that so many are facing same issue shows lapse on your side. Legally this is breach of data.
