About this app

LIS GO Drivers is the work app for drivers who deliver with LIS GO.

If you're a driver and already registered, you can see the available routes here, accept the one that suits you, and complete it from start to finish.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• View available routes near you, including their stops, distance, and pay. You'll only see routes that fit in your vehicle.

• Accept a route and follow it step by step: departure to the distribution center, merchandise pickup, deliveries, and closing each stop.

• Scan the vehicles upon pickup and delivery to ensure nothing goes unrecorded.

• Record each delivery with a photo and the recipient's signature.

• Report any issues when something doesn't go as planned.

• Check your balance per cycle and download your settlement receipt.

• Keep your profile and documents up to date.

ABOUT LOCATION

While you have an active route, the app records your vehicle's location. This serves two purposes: it allows operations to know where the merchandise is and respond to customers inquiring about their shipments, and it provides a record that a delivery was made where and when stated.

This tracking continues even if you lock your screen or use another app, because a route is managed with the browser open. While active, you will see a constant notification: if this notification is not present, nothing is being recorded.

Tracking stops when the route ends and when you log out. Outside of an active route, we do not record your location under any circumstances.

Versión 1.3.0. En Perfil, bajo tu nombre, aparece la versión instalada: ponla en cualquier reporte. En Balance, al tocar una ruta ves de dónde sale el pago. El historial muestra primero lo más reciente. También: explicación del saldo en negativo y arreglo del botón que tapaba la última línea.
