About this app

The household shopping list, made collaboratively.

Listaê helps families, couples, friends, roommates, and other groups organize shared shopping and expenses in one place.

Create lists, add products, choose participants, track purchases in real time, and record the amounts paid. Listaê automatically calculates the split and shows, in a simple way, who owes whom.

No complicated spreadsheets, lost messages, or doubts about who is responsible for each product.

SHARED LISTS

Create lists for groceries, farmers' markets, cleaning, barbecues, trips, or any other group need.

With Listaê, you can:

• quickly add products;

• organize products by category;

• specify quantity, unit, and estimated price;

• choose whether the price is per unit or total;

• define responsible party and priority;

• add notes;

• mark products as purchased;

• track who is shopping in real time;

• create, edit, reorder, and delete categories; • Archive, duplicate, or complete lists;

• Customize lists and categories with icons and colors.

PRODUCT PURCHASED, EXPENSE UPDATED

When marking a product as purchased, enter the price paid and who made the payment.

You choose whether the amount entered is per unit or total and can automatically add the product to the group's expenses. It's also possible to simply mark it as purchased without generating an expense.

The division can be made equally, by value, or by percentage, with the choice of the participants involved.

SHARED EXPENSES

Track all group expenses per month.

You can:

• View recent expenses;

• See who paid;

• Check participants and individual amounts;

• Edit an expense;

• Adjust its division;

• Add miscellaneous expenses;

• Attach a photo of the receipt;

• Link expenses to source lists;

• Set a monthly spending goal.

Miscellaneous expenses are ideal for bills and expenses that didn't come from a list, such as internet, electricity, rent, or services.

AUTOMATIC BALANCES

Listaê calculates how much each participant has paid, what their share was, and how much they have to pay or receive.

Suggested settlements help reduce the number of transfers needed between group members.

When registering a settlement, Listaê only updates internal balances. The app does not move, hold, or transfer money.

MONTHLY GOALS

Define how much the group intends to spend during the month and track:

• total already used;

• percentage of the goal;

• remaining amount;

• alerts when reaching 80%;

• notification when the goal is reached;

• repetition of the goal in the following months.

The goal serves as a tracking tool and does not prevent new expenses.

GROUPS FOR EACH ROUTINE

Create groups for your house, apartment, family, office, trip, or event.

Invite people via link or code and track lists, participants, and expenses separately in each group.

Administrators can approve participants, remove members, edit information, or delete the group. Members can also leave whenever they want.

CUSTOMIZATION

Choose icons, icon color, and background color to quickly identify groups, lists, and categories.

Make each space look like it matches your routine.
