The experience was great, I had a lot of fun bonding with friends and it sort have help me overcome me being an introvert. But there's one problem, it always ban me for no reason, I have no choice but to wait days just to bond with them together. But I got tired, it's been 3 times me being ban so I decided to quit for good. Hoping you'll fix this issue litmatch team ty.

I am suddenly banned without doing any mistake while using the app which is disgusting. The features are great but there are a lot of pop-up messages that the bot sends to me. I find it annoying and I hope that it will be fixed as soon as possible.

I have lots and lots of fun using this app i have bond with other friends and to make more friends in this app but i just got banned for no reason, i tried to complain and send an email but there's no response and till now im still banned and cannot log in to new ones. I tried to complain and complain by sending an email, it has been a month since i send an email and explaining the situation but still no response.
