About this app
Lite Mind is an offline AI chat app. It runs a local language model on your Android phone, so the answer comes from the device in your hand instead of a server.
Most AI apps send everything you type to a company's computers. This one has no servers at all. Download a model once, then ask it something on a plane, on the underground, or with the SIM card removed. It still works. Nothing you type or say is uploaded, because there is nowhere for it to go.

WORKS WITH NO INTERNET
After the one download the model file lives on your phone. Aeroplane mode changes nothing. No signal and no wifi is not a problem, because answering you never touches the network.
TALK INSTEAD OF TYPING
Tap the microphone and speak. The recording is turned into words on the phone and dropped into the message box, where you can fix anything it misheard before sending. Your voice never leaves the device either.
WHAT IT IS GOOD AT
Everyday questions and explanations in plain language. Drafting and rewriting a message. Summarising something you paste in. Working through an idea out loud. Help with code, with proper formatting and a copy button on every block.
WHAT IT IS NOT
This is a small model running on a phone battery, not a data centre. It is not as capable as the big cloud assistants, and it can be confidently wrong. Check anything that matters. What it gives you instead is an assistant that is genuinely yours: no account to create, no history sitting on someone's server, no question you have to think twice about asking.
CHOOSE YOUR MODEL
Fast (0.6 GB) answers in a second or two and runs comfortably on older phones.
Smarter (0.7 GB) takes a little longer and gives better answers.
Switch between them whenever you like. Both are downloaded once from Hugging Face and then work with no connection.
PRIVACY, PLAINLY
No user accounts. No analytics. No advertising identifiers. No crash reporting to third parties. Your conversations are stored in the app's own private storage and deleted when you uninstall.
The app uses the internet for two things only: downloading a model, and checking Google Play for updates. Answering a message never touches the network.
