Horrible. You have 3 options. monthly every 3 months or custom. There's no skip or pause option. If you need to skip a month you have to go through custom service. When you go through email they try to get you to pause your subscription not cancel or anything else no matter how many times you say you want to cancel. When you call they try to keep you on the phone playing the run around game. This app and subscription has so much potential yet falls so hard.

My kid loved Literati book deliveries and always found something she wanted to keep. We did need to cancel our subscription for now due to finances but I loved the selections and the way they curated them for her interests and higher reading level. We discovered great new books! I had a billing issue that customer support worked extensively to investigate and resolve, and the team was responsive, nice, professional, and helpful. I 100% recommend this business, app, and subscription to parents.

We look forward to getting new books to read every month. The books are always really interesting even if we don't end up keeping them and returns and purchases are easy. It's been really fun to change up our bedtime routine. Every night we fill out the reader's passport with stickers and information about the stories we read and that helps him feel even more engaged in the stories. I really would highly suggest this for anyone
