Fantastic product. Had a Bluetooth issue after upgrade. They diagnosed and solved it fast and simple. Now it works even better than before. Love the batteries and app

Latest update causes app to not even start now on SIM-less Android.5.1.1 phone. Previous version had worked in RV for 6 mo. Works OK with new Moto-g-play (forced upgrade). This is a great app. How can I get the previous version back?

Bought a brand new Micro Minnie 2108 TB. First time I installed the app it worked. Now it won't "discover" my battery. Very dissatisfied.
