About this app

GENBASUM is an app that easily records and tallys merchandise sales at live performances, photo shoots, and events on the spot.

■ Works even without a signal
Even in underground live venues or in the corners of the venue, all recording is completed within the device. When a signal is restored later, the data is sent to the cloud in a batch. There's no need to worry about losing sales due to communication interruptions.

■ Recording with just a tap
Simply select the payment method and member, then tap the product. Even during continuous merchandise sales, it takes only a few seconds with one hand.

■ Automatic calculation of member-specific commissions
You can set commission rates for each product and member. Records are based on the conditions at the time of sale, so past records won't change even if you change the commission rate later. No need to recalculate after the performance.

■ Helping out by simply scanning a QR code
People you ask to help out don't need to register an account or password. They just scan the QR code, and their sales are added to the headquarters' tally. Their participation automatically ends once sales are finished.

■ Finalize the day's results
You can instantly check sales, items, and total commissions. Mistakes are recorded as "cancellations," allowing you to track what happened later.

■ No customer personal information is stored
Only merchandise sales figures are recorded. Bonus tickets are managed with anonymous tokens.

■ Even with device changes or app reinstallation
Enabling cloud storage (optional) allows you to restore data using your email address and password. If not used, data remains only on your device.

Pricing
Basic functions are free. In the free version, short video ads may be displayed at the start of merchandise sales (they are not displayed during sales operations). A paid plan (Plus) is also available for ad-free use.
