Where is the option to permanently delete my profile? Multiple emails were sent to customer care, and still, I received no reply.

This app is a failure. There are no real people. There are many profiles, but they are all managed by one person. I do not recommend anyone download this app.

I’m disappointed with this app. The content feels outdated and largely consists of information that can easily be found through local resources in my city or country. The requirement to purchase coins just to reply to someone is frustrating and feels like an unnecessary paywall. Overall, the app seems like a waste of time. I would not recommend installing it in its current state.
