i go through more trouble than its worth setting up the app, taking a survey why im installing a translator, telling me to buy premium for something i need once, and when I finally use the single feature i downloaded this app for (the photo translate) to translate a book cover i found in another language specifically to English, none of the text gets translated into anything remotely similar to the latin script. Im pretty sure it turned some of the words into squares and vertical lines and such.

NOTE: Tech support is non-existent you will need to report this app for suspicious activity 4 a refund. Garbage. Slow, worse than Google translate a free app. nothing like standing there waiting 30 seconds for a basic translation. I do not recommend this at all. Their commercials on instagram are also misleading, they make you assume that the ai voice playback will be in your own voice. "Hey want to hear what you'll sound like speaking Spanish?" complete fabrication and more misleading AI slop.

I signed up because the app advertised a free trial, but I was charged immediately for a full annual subscription. The main feature, the "live translator," did not work as advertised and was largely useless. When I contacted the developer, they simply shifted the responsibility to me and told me to deal with Google Play for a refund, despite being fully aware of how their subscription process works. My refund request was denied. Misleading advertising, poor functionality, disappointing support.
