The try on doesn't work. Keeps saying to scan the floor. Nothing happens. Unable to contact support. Crashes immediately... So disappointed

Hi there, Please take a look at the instructions on how to use the app after pressin Scan butoon. The instruction is described as very informative. If you still have difficulties with app usage. Crashes instantly when you attempt to "try on" a map. Useless app....just use a tape measure on the wall to see what fits best.

There is no scan button, only a 'my travels' button and the AR didn't work. Not sure what I can do with it, really.

Hi there,
There are buttons in the app. Try on and My Travels. We use AR in both windows but as we see your device is not supported the AR. You can check it by yourself via link - https://source.android.com/setup/start/build-numbers
