Bidding and purchasing with Weaver Auctions is simple. Check out our online inventory, find items you would like to bid on and be the highest bidder on auction day!

How Timed Bidding Works: When the bidding opens you will be able to select your items of interest and place a bid. Each lot will have a countdown estimate as to when they will start closing.
Bidding Extensions: If there is a bid placed within the last 2 minutes – it will add 1 minute to the remaining time to allow for comeback bids. Bidding extensions can also be referred to as a soft close.
Grouped Lots: Some lots will be in a group, if one lot in a group is bid on within the last 2 minutes, the 1 minute addition of time will apply to all the lots in that group, even if there is only one lot with active bidding. In other words, all of the lots in the group will time-out together.
Absentee Bid Option: If you are unable to watch the sale or prefer not to, you can enter your max bid. The bidding platform will bid on your behalf up to your maximum, only if someone else is bidding against you.
Outbid Notifications: You can opt in for text message and/or email outbid notifications.
Spending Limit: Customers desiring to have a spending limit in excess of $30,000 dollars, must provide us with a letter of credit from your financial institution or finance pre-approval letter, guaranteeing you have sufficient funds. Your account will remain pending until the letter of credit is received.
Buyers Premium: Successful bidders are required to pay a buyers premium in addition to the purchase price and additional taxes.
