poor app things not happening well, even if available interest speed is high descriptive images not coming properly which makes it difficult to take proper images, need to work on the app. customer harassment when app working poorly.

The sequence of photographs is non-sensical. Had to open the hood thrice and change my position like 10 times which could've been avoided if the sequence was correct. Plus, received a call while taking pictures. Cancelled it. Truecaller notification came. Cancelled it again. The process was restarted from the beginning. Please correct it.

Very poor interface. No option to save your progress. I was stuck on bonet screen where it kept asking to change the phone orientation to landscape which already it was. Even after trying 3 times from scratch it, it didn't work. All progress was lost as well. Also it was asking for RC back side photo which people living in Noida don't have. It's given on plain A4 size paper.
