Easy Remote Adjustments:
Customers who have access to our Licensed Audiology Team can request hearing aid sound adjustments any time directly from the app – no more repeated office visits for easy tweaks to your hearing! Once your new programming is ready, you’ll download it to your hearing aids and start hearing better right away.

Ratings and reviews

I have an ongoing issue where my right hearing aid does not connect with the app. thus requires me to go through a process involving removing and relading the app from my phone. Unfortunately the process it a bit time consuming and to say the least, very inconvenient. Technicians are very nice and helpful to the point that they can email the process steps noted above but are not able to resolve my issue. In order to wear and control the aids (both), this is what is required.

updated review! the app and Bluetooth now work across a broader set of phones. calls, music and streaming audio now work with my older A16 5g Samsung. so pleased. no more taking off the hearing aids just to listen to music or take a call. extremely pleased! Great pair of hearing aids. have had them for over two years without a problem. the app is convent. you can customize sound profiles. adjust volume independently for left or right. order cleaning supplies. recive services and adjustments.

Amazing when they are working.Now, after a year, I am on my 4th set. After trying all the suggestions from a very helpful jabra team, I still have problems, not always the same. On the last set, the tap control didn't work from the start. It did on three previous. Now, about two weeks ago, the right unit stopped working. it does everything, except it doesn't process the microphone input. The left unit works as advertised, except the tap. It's very frustrating.
