Ratings and reviews

Hard to get with customer service. hearing aids work well, but get the sports package to hold them in your ears. Lots of feedback when you put them on, but using the app to adjust volume clears it up. Been trying to geat them to make an adjustment for months. Scheduling is a real issue. still a good heating aid for the money. Just as good as the expensive ones. Just don't expect much cs.

In spite of all your recent upgrades the software still does not save the settings especially the balance between my left ear and my right. The settings for things like TV or Music save the enhanced settings but none of them save the settings to adjust for differences between ears. The hearing aids are great but there is a lot lacking in the software. Now there is some kind of security update and I can't figure out how to get this installed

Constant issues with either r or l not syncing, providing zero sound, not working with my phone leaving me in dark silent hole. Since I posted this things gone from bad to worse. App not working, no sync with phone, lousy sound as clarity. The numerous attempts by staff audiologist has resulted in zero success, improvement and constant screeching in ears. I caution any consider these hearing aids to thing long and carefully. Note: special prices are for old models 2-3 yrs old
