IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING ANDROID 12 COMPATIBILITY
If your smartphone is on or has been updated to Android 12, you may experience connectivity issues between your hearing aids and smartphone, specifically with one hearing aid disconnecting and not immediately being able to reconnect. Ratings and reviews

The app is very slow to open and connect to the hearing aids from day 1. Lately, in the last 2 weeks it loses connection and i have to restart bluetooth to get the app to work. Bluetooth never loses connection with anything else. I wish there was a way to fine tune treble, mid, and base myself. I know what I need in a given environment better than anyone else.

These have excellent sound quality and don't interfere with speaking. They also don't pick up the sounds of fans and buzzing of motors like other brands. HOWEVER, they won't stream or make phone calls on my phone. The manual says Android 8 or above and I have 11, so is expect it to work. The guy I spoke to on the phone suggested a very expensive phone upgrade it an inconvenient external device. Neither of acceptable. My phone is a fairly new, high end Motorola.

Can't connect my 300 aids to my new S23 phone. Tried uninstall/reinstall and followed the instructions to the letter, but the aids just won't complete the connection to the app. They show as connected as Bluetooth devices, but the app just can't get past the final "there's just one more thing we need to do" step. It says to put them in the charger one more time, then remove and hit "Continue". The app then hangs for about a minute and then says "Something went wrong - try again".
