Hearing Aid Controls:
Optimize your sound quality for different listening environments by choosing between 4 programs: All-Around, Restaurant, Outdoor, and Music. Easily adjust volume for both ears at the same time or adjust for right and left independently. Want to customize further? Explore more advanced options in Sound Equalizer.

Easy Remote Adjustments:
Customers who have access to our Licensed Audiology Team can request hearing aid sound adjustments any time directly from the app – no more repeated office visits for easy tweaks to your hearing! A licensed hearing professional can adjust your hearing aid programming remotely through the app (like magic). Once your new programming is ready, you’ll download it to your hearing aids and start hearing better right away.

Care Team:
All customers can call our Customer Support Team right from the app for questions, technical support, or troubleshooting. Customers who have access to care can also connect with our Audiology Team via video appointments, or schedule a follow-up at any time.

Can't connect my 300 aids to my new S23 phone. Tried uninstall/reinstall and followed the instructions to the letter, but the aids just won't complete the connection to the app. They show as connected as Bluetooth devices, but the app just can't get past the final "there's just one more thing we need to do" step. It says to put them in the charger one more time, then remove and hit "Continue". The app then hangs for about a minute and then says "Something went wrong - try again".

I had the Jabra Enhance Select 200. Just recently upgraded to the Jabra Select 700. I had no issue in pairing and connecting the 200 through the app. For the 700, I had issues with get an error in the final step of connecting to the 700 through the app. I did go through the exercise of unpairing, restarting phone, rebooting, restarting 700s, unpairing, etc. I was finally able to connect by using a "external signal-free clean room". The app was a bit difficult but Jabra customer support was great

The app does not reliably work with the hearing aids. Frequently disconnects. Sometimes closing and restarting the app works. Sometimes you also have to manually turn the hearing aids off and on again. Now the phone answering feature has stopped working, and no amount of resetting seems to restore it.
