I mainly use this app for the remote deposit feature, however it does not work well. Regardless of how the check looks, and it's background, the auto feature (which is not optional) never takes the picture. So you have to capture manually. Unfortunately, you can't skip right to manual take - instead must wait ~20 seconds before that option pops up. And then 1/3 of the time the photo doesn't upload correctly so you have to do it all again. This is a basic feature and should work seemlessly.

Mobile deposit is horrible. The camera flips to portrait sometimes. It only automatically detects the check about 10% or the time, and there is no skipping straight to taking a manual picture. Also when making a mobile deposit I keep getting an error " The form data does not meet the requirements for it's restriction", even though it shows no specific error and everything is filled out correctly.

Only biometric choice is to use your face (and not fingerprints) which is asinine. Between wearing glasses and sometimes wearing contacts, wearing or not wearing makeup or changing my hairstyle, this biometric option is totally unreasonable.
